From 1984 I had bad colds up to eight times a year and each time they were accompanied by herpes. These were very painful little blisters in and around my nose. Eventually the blisters formed scabs which sloughed off in time but always returned with the next cold.
Since I was introduced to the teachings of Bruno Gröning, in June 1991, the frequency of the colds has greatly diminished and the herpes virus has never recurred.

For two years I had very painful little blisters in and on my nose. Eventually they formed crusts, sloughed off and disappeared. But two to three times a year they came back whenever I had a cold. I did not go to a doctor and took no medicine.
In June 1991 I joined the Bruno Gröning community. About 10-14 days after my introduction the blisters appeared again on my nose because I had a cold. Since then, despite colds, I have not had more blisters.
