Healing of bakerïs cyst

In 1984 I had problems with my left knee for the first time. I could take less and less strain. Finally I visited a doctor who diagnosed a so-called Baker`s cyst in my knee and advised an operation. As I decided against this, the cyst was punctured, but kept refilling. My daily activities, in so far as they affected my knee, were torture. I had already stopped playing handball quite a while back. In May 1988 I discovered the Bruno Gröning Circle of Friends. Already after my introduction to the teachings I was able to leave off the bandage which had been indispensable before. Now my knee can withstand maximum stress, so that I can go in for sport again. When I had a follow-up examination, there was no sign of the Baker`s cyst.
